About the Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service in a prompt and efficient manner. You will have responsibility for general reception duties, providing administrative assistance to other departments in our dealership, scheduling and coordinating workflow. Your professional communication and organisational skills will be key to maintaining strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily service operations, (opening jobs, bookings, writing service stories. Provide support and guidance to all staff members. Regular internal and external communication.
· Implement process improvements to improve staff efficiency.
- Customer satisfaction (Answering all phone calls for parts and service, address inquiries in a time manner, assist in managing customer expectation, filtering calls to the correct department)
· Strong organizational and time management working with parts and service teams.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Assist parts in putting stock orders away and carrying out monthly stock takes.
· Maintain office supplies.
