Responsibilities
Engage with authorised Apple resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
Speak directly to customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value so they can make informed choices that best suit their needs.
Educate and empower store staff to remain knowledgeable about the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
Strive for perfection ensuring Apple fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Working Arrangement (Part-time)
Allocated to one of the following communities upon successful interview rounds: Gepps Cross.
Regular schedule: Thursdays to Sundays (including Saturday and Sunday) totaling 29 hours weekly.
Reliable attendance in line with local laws and approved accommodations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience.
