* Partner with owners to ensure successful growth of their businesses, working autonomously as part of a managerial team.

* Proven experience in quick-service or retail operations, with a passion for delivering quality products and outstanding customer service experiences.
* Strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to liaise with and work side by side with teams.
* A background in retail operations is highly advantageous, but not essential.
