La Bella Skin & Body is a well-established, results-driven skin clinic in Miami on the Gold Coast. We're known for personalised treatment plans, genuine client care and long-term skin results.
We're currently looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join our team full-time.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the clinic owner in a supportive, tight-knit team where your skills are valued and your growth matters.
About the Role
You will:
* Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments
* Create customised treatment plans tailored to client goals
* Perform advanced skin treatments including skin needling, peels, LED and corrective facials
* Educate clients on homecare and long-term skin journeys
* Manage treatment progress and client follow-ups
* Maintain high clinical and hygiene standards
* Contribute to retail performance in a professional, educational way
This role is focused on delivering real results and building strong, long-term client relationships.
About You
You are:
* Qualified in Dermal Therapy or Beauty Therapy (Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor)
* Must hold a minimum Diploma qualification in Dermal Therapy or Beauty Therapy
* Experienced in advanced skin treatments (minimum 2+ years preferred)
* Confident conducting consultations and prescribing homecare
* Comfortable recommending products without being pushy
* Warm, professional and well-presented
* Reliable, team-oriented and genuinely passionate about skin
* You care about client outcomes and take pride in your work.
* Preferably worked with Lira Clinical in the past.
