As Brand & Marketing Manager – ANZ, you’ll be responsible for shaping and growing the market presence of a trusted global pet brand portfolio. Working closely with sales, global brand, creative, and eCommerce teams, you’ll lead end-to-end marketing and product lifecycle management across the region. Lead ANZ product portfolio strategy including new product launches, localisation, and lifecycle planning. Own the regional marketing calendar and drive multi-channel campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and revenue. Ensure consistent, impactful brand representation across digital, retail, social media, PR, and in-store experiences. Translate local market insights into actionable brand and product initiatives. Collaborate with global and local teams on content creation, eCommerce, digital activations, and retail support. Manage social media content, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives. Lead trade marketing and visual merchandising strategies in partnership with sales teams and retail partners. Oversee agency relationships and media planning to elevate brand visibility across ANZ. Analyse campaign performance and consumer behaviour to inform strategy and optimise outcomes. Coordinate local content production, including photoshoots and video, to ensure relevance and quality. Plan and manage participation in tradeshows and industry events. Own and manage the ANZ marketing budget with focus on ROI and efficiency. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5 years’ experience in brand and/or product marketing, ideally within consumer goods or the pet industry. Proven track record of delivering results through integrated marketing campaigns. Experience managing product portfolios in a local market, preferably within a global organisation. Highly skilled across digital marketing, content creation, trade marketing, and campaign management. Confident communicator with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities. Proficient in tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe CC, Sprout Social, Canva, and Meta platforms. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and strong project management skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. Passion for pets and a desire to make a difference in the pet industry.
