Document Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Document Administrator to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and organizing critical documentation for cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
* Administrate document numbers, ensure correct versioning and revision, and manage document feedback.
* Liaise with project managers to identify documentation needs and coordinate with the project team.
* Record and track mailing and distribution of documentation, and update registers with documents received and sent.
* Compile project reports, commissioning documentation, and O&M manuals.
* Work closely with project managers to capture variations in a timely manner and provide support with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Considerable experience in project business administration/document control.
* Experience in construction platforms such as Aconex and Probuild.
* Strong data entry background and strong communication skills.
* Ability to use Microsoft platforms and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to be part of a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
