We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who require support with their mental health.
As part of our team, you will work closely with participants to identify and nurture natural supports that sustain recovery. You will also assist in the development of self-management skills, enabling them to achieve their recovery goals and participate fully in their community.
