What You Bring to the Party A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically). Experience in the disability sector (and if you’ve got behaviour support knowledge—extra kudos!). Willingness to assist with personal care when needed. Resilience, empathy, and a ‘let’s do this!’ attitude. A driver’s licence and reliable transport. Early bird or night owl?
