Occupational Therapy Team Lead/Manager Role
Job Description:
* This is a senior leadership position within our Occupational Therapy team, responsible for leading and guiding a team of therapists to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
* Providing clinical guidance and support to team members
* Delivering training and induction programs as required
* Completing quality assurance report reviews and providing feedback
* Attending appointments with occupational therapists to provide support and training
* Developing exceptional clinical services and assessments in complex cases
* Crafting well-written reports and management plans that incorporate innovative strategies and interventions
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* At least 3 years of experience as a practicing occupational therapist (preferred)
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
* A vehicle and driver's licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for a client-facing role
