Job Details
This is a dynamic and rewarding role supporting the General Counsel and Company Secretary, and their direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate team operations including meetings, events, travel, training, and expense management.
* Support procurement and finance processes including purchase orders and invoice management.
* Manage internal and external correspondence and maintain team SharePoint and MS Teams sites.
* Assist with document creation and formatting for legal advice, Board papers, presentations, and intranet content.
* Support productivity initiatives including automation tools and Power BI dashboards.
* Provide diary and email support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
* A team coordinator or administrative role experience would be ideal. Prior legal team experience is not required, but bring your initiative and drive.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Co-Pilot tools are necessary.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation, are crucial.
* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder outcomes is vital.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
