We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to step into the role of Rental Sales Representative, playing a key part in the continued growth of our CAT Rentals operation at William Adams.
In this role, you'll work closely with Industrial customers across the Melbourne Metro area – managing leads, preparing quotes, developing new business opportunities and partnering with our branch and operations teams to deliver the right rental solutions. It's a role focused on building strong relationships, converting opportunities and supporting customers through every stage of the rental process.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your key responsibilities and targets will include:
Growing sales and relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
Exceeding revenue/unit targets for rental equipment sales
Ensuring all customers are supported by collaborating with internal teams
Source new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, internal leads
CRM updates, including call planning, activity logging and customer updates
Promptly acting and following up on any sale leads and opportunities
