**Digital Specialist**

**About the role**:
The Digital Specialist is a key contributor to optimising the website experiences to help achieve sales and service targets. The team covers AAMI, Suncorp Insurance, GIO, Apia, Bingle, Vero and CIL. You will work across 1-2 brands.
As a Digital Specialist in the Website team, you will be working closely with the Senior Digital Product Owners, Digital Specialists, internal UX designers, Content Producers and Content Management teams as well as Portfolio (Product), Analytics, Marketing, Contact Centre, and Test and Personalisation teams to deliver outstanding digital website experiences.
Your objective is to make it easy for our customers to research, quote, manage and claim Consumer Insurance. **More specifically, you will**:
- Reporting to the Website Product Manager and working with Senior Digital Product Owners, the Digital Specialist will work with the broader Digital Distribution team to deliver superior digital customer experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Enable the business strategic goals through digital initiatives.
- Work as part of the team to execute digital sales and service plans.
- Learning constantly. Strong understanding of customer's needs - placing the customer at the heart of everything we do.
- Develop testing and personalisation initiatives to improve customer experience and performance.
- Track performance with analytics teams to establish, measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital journeys. Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve and report on initiative performance, providing insights and recommendations to lift sales and service conversion rates.
- Prioritise and proactively manage your own time.
- Work in partnership with teams in Digital Distribution as well as the broader Suncorp teams such as Marketing and Portfolio to improve Digital usability and adoption as well as prioritise the right initiatives to improve the customer experience and achieve our sales and service targets.
- Utilise the full Adobe suite of products including Adobe Analytics, AEM and Target to run market leading A/B and Personalisation tests, aimed at serving amazing Digital experiences.
- Taking accountability to resolve problems and set high personal standards to deliver timely results in a changing environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated into the right digital solutions and effectively communicate website performance across key metrics
- Proactively seek new and improved ways of working to foster a fully collaborative and accountable team.
- Operational support involved in the implementation of digital Insurance Website experiences
**About you**:
- Tertiary qualification (Bachelor) - desired.
- 2 years of experience (desired) operating within a digital / eCommerce environment.
- Proven ability to deal with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
- Experience in managing successful, performance-based, eCommerce / Digital programs
- Experience in digital / interactive marketing
- Experience in online customer experience and information design
