The OpportunityAs a Consulting Manager within ISG’s Advisory practice, you will be part of a team working on client projects across Public and Enterprise sectors. Your role involves developing assessments, project plans, analyzing data, developing solutions, and supporting strategy and negotiations to help organizations leverage data and technology for growth and competitive advantage. You will contribute to large engagements, work on digital topics, and assist in business development while expanding your skills in various business and technology areas.Note: Applicants for the Public Sector must be Australian citizens to qualify for security clearance.The ResponsibilitiesProvide consulting on digital transformation, outsourcing, project management, financial modeling, negotiation, and change management to help clients accelerate their digital initiatives.Build organizational change capabilities and assist clients in transforming into digital enterprises that innovate at scale.Assess client environments using appropriate frameworks to inform decision-making.Lead project planning, staffing, budgeting, scope management, and risk mitigation.Create financial models for analyzing vendor proposals and client data.Implement value creation strategies to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.Additional duties may be assigned as needed.The Role RequirementsUp to 7 years of experience in sourcing or consulting, including RFx/procurement activities.Experience in organizational transformation, shared services, and outsourcing/offshoring.Expertise in digital, technology, architecture, change management, finance, supply chain, or BPO is desirable.Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with knowledge of the service provider landscape.Experience managing small teams and client relationships.Ability to conduct strategic and transactional consulting with senior clients.Knowledge of budgets and financial modeling.Proficiency in MS Office applications.About YouExcellent communication skills for articulating complex ideas to all management levels.Flexibility, quick learning, independence, and organizational skills.Attention to detail and good time management.Your EducationRelevant undergraduate degree, with interest in further education.Digital domain certifications are a plus.Applying with usWe welcome diverse applicants and encourage those from underrepresented groups to apply.
