The Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving evidence-based care, guiding and mentoring a team of Support Workers and Peer Workers. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical input, consultation, and oversight of decision-making to ensure respectful and responsive customer care
* Guiding and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to encourage professional growth and deliver high-quality care
* Building strong relationships with families, doctors, hospitals, schools, and other referral sources
* Monitoring and evaluating customer outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and the effectiveness of supports provided
* Spearheading the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures
About You
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong clinical background, passion for improving lives, and commitment to innovative practices. The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualifications as an allied health professional (e.g., Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist) with eligibility for AHPRA or AASW registration
* Extensive experience in person-centred care within the mental health sector, managing complex cases
* Demonstrated success in leading engaged teams, mentoring staff, and achieving transformative outcomes
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, balancing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Proficiency in managing compliance requirements while maintaining a high standard of care
