This is a 14-month fixed term, part-time (0.4 FTE) position commencing week 8 of Term 2, 2026 with possible extension.

The Role

The Network Support Officer maintains the school's Information Technology (IT) network to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes, within the Departmental asset management and security regulatory framework. They provide advice to administration staff on technical issues associated with the network system. As Network Support Officer, you liaise with Department of Education Information and Communication Technologies Support to resolve hardware, software and network related issues.

The successful applicant will ideally provide technical support and training to all users throughout the school including desktop and software application access to systems and resources. You should ensure the integrity of educational and administrative data through the implementation and maintenance of data security strategies.
