Overview
A full-time accountancy position to serve Seventh-day Adventist Church (Tasmanian Conference) Ltd, Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Tasmania) Ltd, and the Tasmanian Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The role will be part of a dynamic and supportive office team and offers generous benefits.
Duties
* Support the CFO.
* Preparation and analysis of financial reports.
* Assist with forecasting, cash flow management, and data analysis.
* Budget preparation.
* Assist with the daily and monthly monitoring of all financial performance across the entities.
* Accounting for the local Churches.
* Payroll.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate high level of computer literacy with advanced skills in accounting software.
* Hold qualifications in accounting, finance or relevant discipline.
* Payroll experience.
* Be a practicing baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its Mission.
* Experience in church accounting would be an advantage.
* Hold a valid Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People check/card.
* Have a current Tasmanian Driver's License and WWVP card.
Salary
Starting Salary from $80,411 plus Superannuation.
