Quality Assurance & Training Systems Officer, Grade 5/6, Wollongong. Work in a volunteer-based agency supporting communities of NSW. Full time ongoing. Based in Wollongong. Attractive annual salary.
An exciting chance exists to work within the Operational Capability and Training directorate at the NSW SES. This is a diverse and dedicated team who work to development members skills throughout the state.
You will support the development, management, governance and compliance of NSW SES training systems and processes that enables high quality training and reporting across the organisation.

About You
- To be successful in this role you will:
- Support the management of the NSW SES Registered Training Organisation (RTO) against the Standards for RTOs
- Contribute to the maintenance of the quality assurance framework across the organisation through quality checks and audits
- Be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, internal and external
- Enjoy working within a collaborative team workplace to achieve outcomes to support communities of NSW
- Have thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes and/or willingness to obtain competence within 6 months
