Your new role
As a Trade Assistant in our client's mobile plumbing services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director with a range of plumbing duties, primarily focusing on regional projects across metro and rural Adelaide. Your key responsibilities will include labouring tasks, assisting with on-site plumbing work, and ensuring the smooth execution of services in diverse and often remote locations. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency, directly contributing to the company's goal of delivering exceptional plumbing solutions. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help manage project workflows, address technical challenges, and enhance client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly impact the company's reputation for reliability and excellence, providing critical support to ensure successful project outcomes and the continuous growth of the business. A willingness to travel and flexibility in adapting to various plumbing tasks are essential for this role.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a construction environment
* Experience in a plumbing environment is highly advantageous
* White Card certification essential
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Flexibility to handle diverse and changing tasks
* Willingness to assist with both hands-on plumbing duties and project management
* Reliable and committed to maintaining high service standards
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
