We proudly support local communities with impactful initiatives such as First Aid in Schools. Free Community Defibrillator Programs, First Aid Training Facilitation and Community Care Services. Based in Devonport office, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Training Facilitator to join our team in a part-time capacity (4 days per week).

Our Training Facilitators play a crucial role in delivering a diverse range of accredited and non-accredited training programs to both corporate and public clients. Whether at our training facility or at client locations, you will provide courses in essential areas such as First-Aid, CPR, Advanced Resuscitation, Low Voltage Rescue, and more.

Position Requirements:

* Hold at least a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
* Experience in delivering accredited training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) setting, along with a comprehensive understanding of Vocational Education and Training (VET).
* Accurately maintain records of student attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Show flexibility with start and finish times and be willing to travel intrastate if required.
* Have a strong foundation in IT skills, with the ability to resolve basic technical issues.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training to uphold qualifications and stay current in the industry
* Experience in delivering first aid training would be advantageous, but not essential. We are committed to providing you with the necessary training to effectively deliver our programs.

* Adaptable and skilled at customising your approach to accommodate the needs of all learners, including those with learning challenges, physical disabilities, and individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
