About The Role
We are seeking for an experienced Delivery Lead with a background in both Mobile and Web to join our Bunnings Technology team.
A million ways to make an impact.
At Bunnings, our digital teams sit at the heart of how customers and team members experience our brand every day. From browsing and buying to managing work behind the scenes, our web and mobile platforms support millions of interactions - and they're constantly evolving.
As a Delivery Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding a cross‐functional squad as they build, enhance and support these experiences. This is a role for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as leading delivery - creating clarity, momentum and trust while navigating complex digital environments. You'll have the space to influence how work gets done, shape team culture and deliver outcomes that genuinely matter, all while inspiring you to give it a red hot go.
Responsibilities
This role offers variety, ownership and the opportunity to make a real difference. You'll:
* Lead the delivery of initiatives across web and mobile platforms, working closely with engineering, product and design
* Create strong, predictable delivery rhythms by balancing priorities, dependencies and risks across multiple streams of work
* Line manage and support up to six team members, focusing on wellbeing, capability growth and engagement
* Champion agile ways of working that help teams collaborate effectively and continuously improve
* Partner with Product and Design to shape initiatives early, ensuring work is well understood and ready to deliver
* Use delivery metrics and team insights to identify opportunities to improve flow, quality and outcomes
* Communicate progress clearly and confidently with a broad range of stakeholders
* Contribute to the wider delivery and digital leadership community, sharing learnings and supporting others
Qualifications
You're an experienced delivery leader who brings calm, clarity and energy to complex environments. You enjoy working closely with squads and know how to support different personalities and skill sets to do their best work.
You're comfortable operating across both web and mobile contexts and understand the nuances of delivering in fast‐moving digital teams. You value collaboration over control, outcomes over outputs, and you're at your best when you're helping others grow. You're practical, open‐minded and confident navigating change - and you care deeply about creating teams where people feel supported, heard and motivated.
You'll be joining a down‐to‐earth, highly collaborative group who value learning, teamwork and getting stuck in together.
To Thrive In This Role, You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' experience leading delivery in agile, cross‐functional digital teams
* Proven experience delivering initiatives across web and mobile platforms
* Strong knowledge of agile principles and how to apply them in real‐world settings
* Experience line managing, coaching or mentoring team members
* Confidence managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and delivery risks
* A solid understanding of modern digital technologies and complex systems
* Background experience in a technical or delivery‐adjacent role (e.g. development or business analysis) is a bonus
