The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in the store's leadership structure. Key objectives include driving sales growth, maximising key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering exceptional customer experiences, and optimising operational metrics.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales team to identify and exceed sales opportunities and targets
* Develop lasting relationships with customers through proactive engagement
* Manage customer appointments, including corporate clients and wedding parties
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to address customer feedback
* Train the team on service and selling standards
* Foster a positive culture within the store team
* Support the Store Manager in data analysis, operational management, and staff recruitment and retention
