Charlie & Franks is now looking for
2 x EXPERINCED FULLTIME BARISTA / NORTH SYDNEY + ST LEONARDS (IMMEDIATE START)
We have 3 x Locations:
* NORTH SYDNEY
* ST LEONARDS
* ACU UNIVERSITY - NORTH SYDNEY CAMPUS
Charlie & Frank's has been operating since 2011 and now has three locations
operating in heart of North Sydney & St Leonard's business area.
We are a dynamic team always looking to improve on what we do.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The delivery of:
1. Daily coffee & cafe operations - All aspects
2. Assigned area cleanliness and organisation is of the highest standard
3. A superior level of product standards to ensure the ultimate level of customer satisfaction (i.e. quality product).
4. Feedback regarding strengths, weaknesses and conflict is actively given, received, accepted and actioned
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 12 months' barista experience
2. Passion for providing quality coffee
3. Attention to detail
4. Self-motivated and initiative
5. High level of personal presentation and hygiene
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Weekly roster range availability - Across 7 days - Monday to Sunday mainly 6am - 3pm
