Demand Generation Manager

We're supporting a well-known global brand within the travel sector as they look to bring on a Digital Demand Generation Manager to lead performance, optimisation and digital channel growth across Australia and New Zealand.
What you'll focus on
You'll own day-to-day performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic and metasearch, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, budget is paced accurately, and optimisation decisions are driven by evidence, not guesswork.
Diagnose issues early—tagging errors, feed problems, domain health, pixel or tracking discrepancies—and work with agencies or internal teams to fix them.
Use GA4, Adobe Analytics and internal dashboards to understand how audiences move through the funnel and where drop-off is occurring, then make clear recommendations on what needs to change.
Guide landing page and content builds through the CMS, ensuring the technical setup supports SEO, conversion paths and proper tracking.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on traffic, reservations, revenue, room nights and channel-level ROAS.
Translate complex data into insight-led actions for senior stakeholders and play a key role in shaping the broader digital roadmap.
About you
Deep experience in digital acquisition across SEM, SEO, paid social and programmatic.
Ability to interrogate analytics platforms, interpret performance patterns and make decisions grounded in data.
Comfortable running A/B experiments, scaling budgets, refining audiences and collaborating with global teams.
Background in hospitality, travel, e-commerce or franchise environments is helpful but not essential; what matters most is connecting media strategy, technical execution and commercial outcomes.
