The Role
We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to work closely with our General Manager and the Financial Controller to deliver actionable insights that drive performance.
You'll play a key role in interpreting data, identifying trends, and influencing strategic decisions across our business. This is a role for someone who loves working with numbers and people blending analysis with genuine commercial partnership.

What You'll Do
* Partner with trading divisions to optimise operational processes and reduce costs.
* Analyse sales and customer trends to improve performance across multiple channels.
* Translate financial results into clear commercial recommendations that influence pricing, margin and operational strategy.
* Own the budgeting and reforecasting process for your divisions, shaping financial targets in partnership with operational leaders.
* Create robust revenue forecasting processes and drive insights from month end.
* Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of strategies.
* Support price increase processes by analysing market conditions and competitive landscapes.
* Maintain working capital and margins for your division.
* Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to achieve commercial goals.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, accounting, management, or economics.
* Advanced Excel skills and BI tool experience.
* Strong track record in data analysis, business modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
* Experience with financial software (SAP highly regarded).
* FMCG or consumer products background (preferred, not essential).
* You're naturally curious, commercially sharp, and confident influencing stakeholders outside of Finance.
