Location: Sydney – Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
- Analyse bids to ensure best value outcomes for clients.
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and cost reports.
- Manage project budgets and clearly communicate variations to stakeholders.
- Support final account negotiations and claims resolution.
- Produce clear cost documentation to drive timely, informed project decisions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to foster growth and excellence.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment.
- Expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects.
- Chartered (MRICS/AIQS) or working towards completion—full support provided.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
