Eligibility/Other Requirements
Professional/Technical Skills and Knowledge
1. Demonstrated experience in SAP SuccessFactors functional administration is essential.
2. A sound knowledge and understanding of ACTPS Human Resource Management Information Solution (HRIMS) Learning Management System (LMS) environment, or similar complex environment, and an appreciation for the challenges associated with operating and maintaining a whole of government system solution.
3. A sound knowledge and understanding of the ACTPS human resource management legislative framework, principles and practices including the ACTPS’ statutory obligations as they relate to the operation of the LMS.
Behavioural Capabilities
1. Proven ability to work as part of a team, set work priorities, monitor workflow and develop local strategies, procedures and work practices, manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
2. Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the proven ability to liaise, negotiate and foster networks and build rapport with clients and vendors.
3. Well-developed research, analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to interpret and evaluate information and identify solutions for diverse range of clients that aligns with the Whole of Government LMS governance.
4. Take a holistic approach to delivering a service that focuses on a continuous improvement.
5. Understanding of public service values covering ethical standards and a demonstrated self-awareness, professionalism and a proven commitment to Respect, Equity and Diversity in the workplace and health and safety principles and practices.
