As our Admissions and Student Services Officer you will:
* Manage applications, admissions, and new student experience.
* Support academic success and student retention, wellbeing, and proactive care.
* Coordinate student services via CRM (Salesforce).
* Support National Code compliance for Gender-Based Violence.
* This role is part-time 0.8 FTE, 30.4 hours/week (4 days/week).
* Remuneration: $65,084/annum pro-rated to $52,067/annum (excl. Super) .
Essential Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):
* Bachelor or higher-level degree or other significant period of study.
* Excellent customer service skills (including digital, phone, and face to face communication skills).
* Well-developed written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised and able to prioritise tasks while managing long-term projects.
* Demonstrated Christian character and involvement in a local evangelical church.Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission, Staff Code ( and Christian ethos of Morling College.
Desirable Attributes
* Experience in a Higher Education environment.
* Experience in complex administration and/or compliance.
* Use of Salesforce as a CRM tool (does not have to be in an educational setting).
