About The Role
As our BDM - Microsoft Solutions, you'll be 100% focused on working directly with prospects to identify their needs and tailor Microsoft solutions to meet them. You'll do this by:
* Identifying opportunities to sell Microsoft Modern Application, Security and Data & AI technologies
* Developing innovative sales strategies, systems, and processes to build pipeline in line with CBS go-to-market initiatives
* Building strong customer relationships; providing consultative guidance; and developing strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives
* Conducting in-depth discovery sessions and needs assessments with current and prospective customers
* Communicating the unique value of CBS' iterative delivery approach to key stakeholders
* Preparing and presenting tenders, proposals, and presentations
* Managing sales administration, maintaining CRM systems, and providing appropriate reporting
* Working closely with other CBS stakeholders, including sales team members, marketing, and team leads to meet and exceed your goals
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully selling Microsoft cloud solutions, in addition to holding relevant Microsoft certifications in Modern App, Security, Data & AI, and Cloud Infrastructure. You should also have:
* 8+ years of experience in IT
* 4+ years of experience in a sales, consultancy, or solution sales BDM role
* A full understanding of end-to-end IT solution sales and project delivery lifecycle
* An understanding of client business and technical requirements, as well as their IT environments
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
* A willingness to build a pipeline with 3X coverage of target
* The ability to work flexibly on strict timeframes, deadlines and budgets in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to leverage vendor relationship to assist with solution formulation and presentations
