The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Local Home Loan Specialist to join our Mount Pleasant branch.
You will demonstrate exceptional personalised service to new and existing Members and become expertly skilled across our products and services.
Further duties include:
* Assist the Local Manager with business development and complex loans management
* Organise loan distribution and ensure accurate cheque issuance
* Assist with staff training and coaching
* Own the retention program for the mortgage book in Mount Pleasant
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
Selection Criteria
To be considered, you must demonstrate:
* Lending experience and sales skills
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Sound mathematical skills and Microsoft Office suite knowledge
* Sound understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desired)
