Warehouse Hands-On Manager 
to join our team in 
Truganina, Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive leader with strong warehouse experience who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, values teamwork, and has a passion for continuous improvement and safety. Key Responsibilities 
Lead, motivate, and mentor warehouse staff and supervisors. Foster a supportive, high-performing, and safe work culture. Operational Oversight 
Supervise and actively participate in daily operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Inventory Management 
Maintain accurate stock levels and records through regular stocktakes and reconciliation of incoming/outgoing goods. Safety & Compliance 
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. Promote and enforce safety-first culture across all warehouse operations. Hands-On Task Execution 
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment. Load/unload containers and assist with physical warehouse tasks as needed. Process Improvement 
Monitor KPIs and drive process enhancements to improve productivity and reduce costs. Logistics & Coordination 
Coordinate effectively with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Respond promptly to customer service and delivery queries. Required Skills & Qualities 
Leadership & Communication: 
Ability to inspire and manage a team with strong communication skills. Warehouse Experience: 
Proven background in warehouse operations and equipment use. Organizational Skills: 
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Technical Skills: 
Competence with WMS, basic computer systems, and Microsoft Excel. Problem-Solving: 
Strong decision-making and issue-resolution abilities. Team-Oriented: 
Willingness to work collaboratively and lead by example. Experience handling food products 
in a warehouse environment. Familiarity with food safety procedures 
and regulatory compliance in food storage and logistics (e.g., HACCP, temperature control, FIFO, hygiene standards). Why Join Us?
