Project Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering the Stapylton Sewerage Network Upgrade project. The project involves a 15 km pipeline construction at the heart of northern Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
* Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement of project materials and services.
* Provide technical support to work fronts and supervisors.
* Coordinate with supervisors for day-to-day construction activities.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting to key stakeholders.
* Develop and complete project Quality Assurance documentation.
* Verify subcontractors' Quality Assurance documentation.
* Maintain safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-site.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
* Tertiary degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in coordinating and supporting complex civil, structural, and pipeline infrastructure projects.
* Skills in construction programming and scheduling to meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to coordinate subcontractors, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Proactive approach to safety, compliance, and fostering a safety-first culture.
* Ability to work full-time on the project site over its 15 km alignment.
