Role Overview
The Child Health Nurse delivers comprehensive, family-centred care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families from birth to five years.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Conducting child health checks, immunisations, and developmental assessments
* Providing family support, health education, and early intervention
* Coordinating care with internal and external partners
* Delivering health promotion and early childhood programmes
