THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Head of Operations. This role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of the organisation. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support, manage competing priorities with confidence, and act as a trusted liaison across board members, partners and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Head of Operations.
* Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination and webinars.
* Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas and minutes.
* Assist with governance documentation and internal reporting.
* Liaise confidently with board members, partners and senior stakeholders.
* Support financial administration including invoice tracking and budget reporting.
* Assist with internal communications and documentation.
* Provide operational support across key projects as required.
* CRM and website management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role.
* Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva. Experience with word press an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Interest in media, marketing or working within a member-based organisation is highly regarded.
WORK HOURS
* Full time, 9am – 5pm. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.
