Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team of sales professionals who are the first point of contact for prospective students. The team leader will be responsible for guiding students through their enrollment journey, ensuring they find the right course at the right time for the right reasons.

This position is at the heart of our mission to deliver a seamless, supportive and student-first enrollment experience while driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and Inspire: Coach and develop a high-performing sales team in a values-driven environment.
* Drive Results: Own team performance, optimize conversion rates and deliver on enrollment targets.
* Collaborate and Innovate: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Retention and Academic teams to improve processes and student outcomes.
* Analyze and Improve: Use data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities then take action to elevate performance.
* Champion the Student Journey: Ensure every prospective student receives exceptional service and support throughout their decision-making process.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 2+ years' experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
* A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
* Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
* Experience in higher education or a student-centric environment (a big plus).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
