Heavy Diesel Mechanic
Our organization is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to work in Workshop or Field Service roles. This is a day-shift-only position with a vehicle supplied, accommodation and meals provided when working away.
Job Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair heavy plant fleet in workshop settings with potential for field service work.
* Responsible for mechanical servicing, repairs, and maintenance of fleet.
* Travel to project sites across QLD and NSW for on-site maintenance and repairs.
* Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent required.
* Experience with heavy earthmoving machinery or fixed/mobile crushing & screening plant preferred.
* Welding and auto electrical experience desirable.
* Open manual Australian Driver's Licence and General Construction Induction Card required.
