Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Rates, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within our Finance Service Unit. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced Rates & Accounts professional who can develop and implement effective strategies for rates and accounts management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective strategies for rates and accounts management.
* Leading a high-performing team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
* Driving business improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
* Providing expert advice to senior leaders on matters related to rates and accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline and proven leadership experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation. Strong knowledge of financial legislation, systems and risk management is essential. Additionally, advanced communication, people management and problem-solving skills are required.
