Tip Top is currently seeking an Inventory Controller for our Chilled & Frozen division to ensure all stock control procedures are being adhered to with a view to maintaining high levels of stock integrity and availability. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, the role will involve the analysis of reports and investigating inventory related discrepancies. The role will also ensure correct stock levels are maintained at satellite sites and take the lead on Supply Chain projects on EDI and SAP.
Purpose of the Role
- Ensure key inventory reports are produced/received daily and analysed
- Maintain high inventory accuracy levels through ensuring cycle counting is completed and investigation and adjustments are made.
- Investigate all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time frames
- Maintain excellent standards of recording and filing all reports, stock adjustments, cycle count sheets, claims/resolutions, out of stock information
- Ensuring all stock movements are up to date, completed and correct
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in key Supply Chain projects as required
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain desirable
- Extensive SAP experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - required to make quick decisions, and put explicit actions in place to proactively address problems on a daily basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change
