Marketing Team Member
This role involves working directly with agents from a major real estate network to provide support, answer queries, and help them get the most out of marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onsite Client Support: Provide one-on-one support to agents, answering queries and helping them make the most of our marketing services.
* Agent Engagement & Retention: Work proactively to improve campaign usage, increase agent participation, and boost the percentage of listings using our services.
* Onboarding: Support new agents through their first 90 days, helping them launch their first three VPA campaigns and build confidence in digital advertising.
* Training & Enablement: Deliver marketing insights, tools, and best practices to help agents get better results from platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Process Feedback: Identify trends, blockers, and opportunities to improve service delivery in collaboration with both the client and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or support roles, ideally in marketing or real estate. They will also possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, a proactive mindset, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
