Director of Early Childhood Education
The Director of an early childhood education service will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a leader, you will direct a team and provide strategic direction on national regulations and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop operational strategies for early childhood education services
* Lead performance, providing supervision to a large team of staff
* Maintain current first aid certification and training in asthma and anaphylaxis management
Necessary Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood (4 year Course) or equivalent; Child Protection Statement of Attainment from an approved course
* Demonstrated understanding of national regulations and quality standards for education and care services
