Responsibilities
* Support the sales team in achieving sales targets with assigned regional distributors.
* Visit the 2nd tier wholesalers/distributor branch warehouses within the assigned region, and collect/organize information on their purchases, sales, and inventory.
* Visit and develop workshops and retail outlets in the assigned region, track their sales performance, and promptly report any irregularities.
* Gather and consolidate competitor information.
* Collect training and business requirements from warehouses, retail outlets, and workshops in the assigned region, and communicate with relevant internal departments via Sales to address reasonable customer needs.
* Provide basic product and brand introductions and training sessions to regional customers, including retail outlets and workshops
Required
* 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket; retail experience is a plus.
* Solid understanding of distribution processes and customer needs for both technical parts and consumable/wear parts.
* Proven experience in visiting and managing key accounts (KA) and wholesalers/distributors (WD), with ability to collect and analyze critical business information.
* Strong knowledge of distribution and retail networks within the assigned region, with demonstrated success in expanding outlets and supporting new customers to achieve sales growth.
