We're looking for a proactive Lead Scheduling Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of daily operations and be a key link between our clients, crews, and management team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Carefully schedule daily and weekly works using our custom software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Allocate workers, vehicles and equipment to jobs with precision
* Professionally communicate job plans to supervisors and crews
* Respond quickly to client bookings, queries and last-minute schedule changes
* Coordinate accommodation, travel and site inductions with the Admin team
* Maintain and update essential documentation
