Naturopath - Horsham
Position Summary
The Natural Health Clinic at Terry White Chemmart Horsham has a long legacy of incorporating the foundations of Des Lardner's Natural Health Clinic working within a traditional pharmacy and bridging the gap between conventional medicine and natural health practices. The Naturopath is responsible for providing holistic health care using natural therapies to support clients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This role involves assessing individual health needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and educating clients on lifestyle, nutrition, and natural remedies to promote optimal health.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide best practice Naturopathic care for patients with a wide range of health conditions
* Conduct comprehensive in person consultations to assess clients' health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
* Develop individualised treatment plans incorporating herbal medicine, nutritional advice, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
* Provide education and guidance on preventive health care and natural therapies.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with privacy regulations. (Simple clinic software currently in use)
* Maintain practitioner supplement stock levels e.g. dispensary stock
* Collaborate with other health professionals (where appropriate) to ensure integrated care.
* Stay updated with current research, trends, and best practices in naturopathy and complementary medicine.
* Participate in clinic marketing activities, workshops, and community health programs as required.
* Be part of a dynamic team supporting with mentoring, professional development and other clinic initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
* Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Naturopathy from an accredited institution.
* Membership with a recognized professional association (e.g., ANTA, NHAA).
* Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain

Working Conditions:
Clinic-based environment with occasional community outreach. Working Tuesday to Thursday inclusive
