Arco Life Disability & Mental Health Care is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to assist an NDIS participant in Horsham, Victoria.
About the Role
We are seeking a support worker to provide person-centred care and support to help the participant live independently and engage in the community.
Duties may include:
* Community access and social activities
* Assistance with daily living tasks
* Transport to appointments
* Light household support
* Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
* Experience in disability support preferred
* Good communication skills
* Compassionate and reliable
