Service Manager - LivEasy Care Disability Services
LivEasy is looking for a Lifestyle Manager/Service Mnaager to look after its operations in the Perth South.
The Service Manager supervises the day‐to‐day management and administration of services and activities within their nominated homes, ensuring a superior experience is provided to residents and their families that meet their individual needs, goals, and aspirations and contributes towards an increase in the overall quality of life.

LivEasy Care is an approved NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) care provider and we work together with certified Specialist Disability Accommodation providers to bring a unique combination of care and accommodation to NDIS participants in all areas of Western Australia.
We provide \"High Physical\", and \"Non‐SDA\" homes close to all amenities, medical precincts, and services with 24/7 tailored support to NDIS participants in both regional and metropolitan areas across Western Australia.

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate annual Person‐Centred Planning meetings and develop subsequent plans, in collaboration with residents and their support network.
* Ensure outcome reports are completed in a timely manner.
* Provide support and information to the Participant Engagement team when undertaking residents NDIS or funding reviews.
* Understand and follow Individual Service agreements.
* Ability to track resident funding and oversee the Profit and Loss statements for each home.
* Actively engages with residents and their families regularly, fostering relationships that encourage participation, engagement, and feedback, and assisting LEC to provide a superior experience for residents that reflects best practice.
* Provides guidance, support and mentoring to Support Workers in their day‐to‐day activities in providing services to residents in the home, ensuring they follow each resident's individual plans; allocating tasks, providing feedback and monitoring performance to ensure performance targets are achieved.
* Facilitates house meetings with staff and encourages staff participation.
* Identifies on‐the‐job training requirements for Support Workers.
* Assists the Workforce Development team in conducting pre‐employment interviews for Support Workers as required.
* Monitoring of participants' and staff's health and well‐being.
* Maintain good rapport with participants, their family members, and staff.
* Effective reporting.
* Service delivery reflects choice and control of LEC participants.
* Control and monitor financial affairs.
* Collection of feedback from the participants, their family members, and staff.
* Effective rostering and staff management.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications:
* Experience in supervising teams in a service delivery environment, working with people with disabilities and engaging with their families.
* Minimum 3 years' experience supervising teams of 5+ staff in disability services or aged care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, mediation, and advocacy; with experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Considerable organisational and analytical skills including experience in problem solving, time management, and managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
* Sound knowledge of the rights of people with disabilities; the concepts of social role valorisation, inclusion, and quality of life; and the National Standards for Disability Services.
* Sound written communication skills, including the ability to write reports.
* A willingness to work out of office hours if required.
* Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Community Services or equivalent tertiary qualification.
* Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators, including experience with SIL services.

* Must hold Australian citizenship or be a permanent resident of Australia.
* NDIS Worker's Screening Clearance.
* Provide First Aid certificate.
* Proficient in the use of technology including email, the internet and Microsoft Office.
