Community Development Officer
About the Role:
The Community Planning and Development (CP&D) program supports Aboriginal groups to plan, fund and undertake their own development projects using an empowerment-based model.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to assist the CP&D Branch to achieve its operational and strategic goals.
* Manage complex schedules, documentation, and reporting with precision and efficiency.
* Streamline processes, ensure seamless communication, and keep teams organized and focused.

* Exceptional administrative skills with a proven ability to manage complex schedules, documentation, and reporting.
* Cultural awareness with a deep respect for and understanding of Indigenous communities.
* Strong coordination skills with expertise in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless communication.

Benefits:
* A base salary of $73,987 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900.
* Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
* District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.
* 5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave.
