The Chance
Our client, a highly regarded mid-tier firm in Brisbane, is looking for a driven Business Services Manager to join their growing practice. You’ll work with an impressive portfolio of private businesses, entrepreneurs, and family groups delivering advisory solutions that make a real impact. There’s a transparent pathway to Director for an ambitious individual who shares the same collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
Managing and mentoring a team of accountants, driving both technical excellence and professional growth
Providing high-level tax and business advisory to private clients, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals
Reviewing complex tax compliance work and identifying advisory opportunities
Building strong client relationships and being their trusted partner in growth and strategy
Requirements
CA/CPA qualified with solid experience in business services/tax at a mid-tier or reputable firm
Robust technical tax knowledge with a commercial mindset
Excellent communication skills, comfortable advising directly to boards, business owners, and families
A proactive and ambitious approach, with the drive to step up into Director level in the future
