We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to small to medium-sized businesses in Cairns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tier 1 Help Desk Support: Provide timely and accurate support via phone, email, and remote tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
* Manage tickets using a ticketing system and ensure all interactions are documented and closed with client satisfaction.
* Administer user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other systems.
* Perform routine checks on system health, backups, and endpoint security, and apply updates and patches as directed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
* Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 suite, basic networking concepts, and remote support tools.
* Unrestricted Australian driver's license required for onsite support.
