Key Responsibilities
* Maintain occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ISO 45001.
* Maintain FTI Groups excellent safety culture 'Think Safe' which has been established over the past 6 years.
* Record management enabling safety compliance across all areas
* Maintain internal compliance ISO accreditation
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Assist with training including content design and implementation
* Where required, investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive measures, as necessary.
* Monthly reporting including metrics and analytics
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
Qualifications and Skills
* Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of OHSE legislation, regulations, and standards.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and OHSE management software.
