Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Service Coordinator to lead service delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to the strategic direction of a complex and values-driven organisation.

About You
You will bring a strong background in disability or human services and the confidence to lead both people and services.
You will have:
* Experience as a Senior Service Coordinator or similar leadership role
* A Certificate IV in Disability or relevant higher qualification
* Strong capability in person-centred planning and service delivery
* Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
* The ability to manage your own portfolio of customers
* A strong understanding of NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Standards

Role Summary
The Senior Service Coordinator provides leadership across Service Coordinators, Support Workers, and Service Administration, while also managing a personal customer portfolio.
You will oversee the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and person-centred services, working closely with stakeholders, customers, families, and staff to ensure NDIS participants achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
* Lead and support the services team while working as an individual practitioner
* Provide supervision, guidance, and operational direction
* Manage recruitment, induction, performance appraisals, and professional development
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Customer Services
* Oversee intake, eligibility assessments, and referral allocation
* Ensure services meet NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Standards
* Support customers to understand their NDIS plans and service agreements
* Collaborate on efficient rostering of Support Workers
* Build strong relationships with customers, families, carers, and community stakeholders
Governance, Risk & Compliance
* Support governance, risk, and compliance activities alongside the CEO
* Coordinate investigations into incidents and grievances
* Assist with financial and strategic planning where required
* Maintain relationships with external consultants, agencies, and partners
* Represent the organisation at meetings, forums, and events
* Participate in the after-hours on-call roster as required
