Position Overview
My client are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and seniors, to assess their needs and develop personalised intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
Facilitate therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' daily living skills.
Collaborate with clients (adults), families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide advice and support to clients on the use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in occupational therapy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Previous NDIS experience preferred.
Current AHPRA registration.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their independence and quality of life.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
